Ideal coffee mug
Costa Verde porcelain is durable and sturdy. You can see and feel that the glaze on the cups is beautifully smooth. It has a lovely shine and a comfortable weight—not too heavy, not too light. It feels good in your hand.
The colours of the mugs are fired into the porcelain, and you can tell. They stay looking like new even after being washed in the dishwasher. Available in a wide range of colours.
The stated capacity is absolute: 270 ml means filled right to the brim. In practice, you can fit around 200–225 ml of coffee or tea.

Shipping and rates
All orders, except for Bunzlau Castle items, are shipped via PostNL. We will email you the tracking information as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch.

If you collect your parcel from a PostNL pickup point, you have one week to do so. After that, PostNL will return the parcel to us.
One delivery attempt is made as standard. If you are not at home, the parcel will be taken directly to a nearby PostNL Service Point. You will then automatically receive an email with information about where and when you can collect your order.

Sustainable packaging
To help protect the environment, we reuse as much used packaging material as possible. If boxes are still sturdy enough, we use them to pack orders. Some boxes may look a little more "used" than others. If a box is no longer sturdy enough, it is shredded and used as filling material to protect items such as porcelain and earthenware.
If a box looks damaged when it arrives, please let us know as soon as possible. Ideally, please email us a photo so we can take a look with you.
Delivery time
For almost all items, the delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, all packages are dispatched. If an order is placed before 4:00 PM on one of those days, it will usually be delivered the same day.
For coffee, sometimes (when the coffee still needs to be roasted) we need a little extra time. You will then receive a super fresh product. We opt for the highest quality, and that takes a little extra time.
Pay
You can easily pay with iDEAL, Mastercard or Visa Card with 3D Secure. Safe and reliable.
You can also pay by manual bank transfer, of course. Please include your order number so that we can quickly link your payment to your order.
