THE SAME SAVINGS - a different method
For years, we have had the same loyalty program. For every € 375 you spend with us, you automatically receive a € 10,- gift voucher for your next order.
We now have a new method for recording loyalty points and redeeming your gift voucher. To be clear: the essence is the same. You will continue to receive a € 10,- gift voucher every time you have saved 375 points . And every euro is worth one point.
So what’s different?
- Your points balance will now be visible online. So when you place an order, you can see how many points you have.
- You can now redeem your points for a gift voucher yourself.
- You need an account to view your points balance and redeem points.
Why this change?
Today’s world calls for extra data security. That is why we are changing the way we store customer data, so that we meet the strictest security standards. This means that loyalty points must also be recorded elsewhere. The most logical place is where you enter your details for your order—which is in the online store itself.
In summary
You are still saving towards the same € 10,- gift voucher, and you can now claim it yourself once you have saved 375 points. Every euro you spend is still worth one loyalty point. To view your points securely, you need an account to log in to.
When does this change take effect?
The new system is already in place.
What happens to the points I’ve saved so far?
All loyalty points have been transferred. The balance you have saved so far is available on the website.
