It is predominantly grown on a small scale, and because the vast areas are located in different climate zones, there are multiple harvest periods.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eOur Colombian coffee beans are sourced from a select group of farmers in South Huila. Each farmer adds their own distinctive notes to the coffee, so there may be slight variations in the flavor nuances.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eOn the small plantations, averaging 2.5 hectares, hard work is done to produce the best coffee cherries. At these altitudes, there are few insects, so pesticides are not needed for a good harvest.
